Swedish Massage

At Massage and Move, we believe that combining massage with movement is the key to long-lasting health and wellbeing.

The aim is not just to help you feel better, but to help you move better too.

Whether you want to ease everyday aches and stiffness, regain strength and confidence after illness or simply keep doing the things you love.

A little about me

I'm Rachel. I trained and worked as a physiotherapist in the UK, where I spent over 30 years helping people recover, move well and stay active. My background spans musculoskeletal physiotherapy, rehabilitation and lymphoedema care, and I also have additional training in aromatherapy, manual lymphatic drainage and mat Pilates.

Since relocating to Switzerland, I've created Massage and Move to bring together my experience in therapeutic massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and movement and exercise. Here in Switzerland I offer massage and movement sessions rather than physiotherapy.

I believe that treatment should be personal and practical. Whether you want to ease muscular tension, improve your mobility or simply feel more comfortable in your body, sessions are tailored to you and what you want to achieve.

Staying active is important to me too. I love walking, cycling, swimming, playing padel, skiing and generally making the most of being outdoors here in Switzerland.
